COMPANY HISTORY

Urban Gardens Pty Ltd was formed in the 1980's. Their first large corporate contract was with the Heritage Hotel in 1988 when it was without a doubt the showpiece hotel in Brisbane and was attracting the rich and famous to it's doors. The garden was a key piece in the puzzle of success for the (Beaufort) Heritage and now many years later the Stamford Plaza (as it is now known) is still maintaining it's successful relationship with Urban Gardens. Other customers that Urban Gardens has had a continuing relationship with are Brisbane City Council, Queensland Nurses Union, Southbank Apartments, AMPHGI and The Gardens Apartments.

Urban Gardens has nurtured a solid relationship with the Grovely Horticultural Technical and Further Education (TAFE) College and takes select students for work experience and has employed several graduates of this TAFE college in a full time capacity.
